Viviana Martinez is a multigenerational coffee producer whose passion you can taste in her coffee. Her finca – El Edén – is located in a prime Quindio coffee-growing area called La Tebaida and sits at an elevation of more than 4,000 feet (1,400 meters), which couldn’t be better for producing her exceptional coffee.
Her specialty is producing coffees that present rare floral- and fruit-forward profiles. To accomplish this, Viviana has transitioned her family farm into one of Colombia’s best labs for exotic co-fermentations. Using unique processes and blends, she produces coffee in small batches that feature rare delicate floral aromas and fruit-forward flavors.
The passion she has for her unique coffees radiates to other areas of her family’s finca. An avid animal lover, Viviana cares for her many geese, chickens, cows, horses, and her beloved mini rooster named Aurelio. She loves capturing special moments on the farm through photography, using a style rooted in her Colombian heritage.
