Our everyday Colombian workhorse. This is honest, well-prepared green coffee for roasters who need dependable quality at a dependable price: clean cup, solid body, classic Colombian character, around 80 points on the SCA scale.

It is not a single-region showpiece, and it is not trying to be. Lots may be blended from different growing regions depending on the season, sourced where we find the best value, then milled with care at our own FNC-certified dry mill in Quindío. If you roast for cold brew, espresso blends, offices, or a house drip that needs to taste good every single day without breaking your margin, this is your coffee.
