A true single-region coffee from the hills of Huila, Colombia's most decorated specialty department. We buy this coffee in parchment directly from local pergamineros (parchment sellers) we know and trust, then mill it with extra care at our own FNC-certified dry mill: tighter preparation, cleaner sort, better cup.

The result is a step up from an everyday Colombian: regional character you can taste — chocolate, walnut, gentle sweetness — with the traceability of a named region and a cleaner preparation, scoring 83+ on the SCA scale.
