Viviana Martínez is a multi-generation coffee grower who has turned her family finca at 1,400 meters into one of Colombia’s most exciting producers for exotic co-fermentations.
This variety features a blend of Pink Bourbon and Castillo cherries processed as black honey (almost all the sticky mucilage left on the bean and dried very slowly), and then co-fermented with ultra-ripe, hand-picked strawberries.
This variety is one of the most fun and delicious cups we’ve ever roasted.
